Aftersales Business Development Representative

At Penske Australia, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling parts and service products and service options for the Penske Australia on-highway market.
About the Role:- Promote and sell parts and service products and service options for the Penske Australia on-highway market - Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, and Detroit.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in parts and service sales, expanding business and customer relationships throughout the region.
- Create and maintain sound relationships with customers, dealers, and OEMs.
- Utilize lead and opportunity management under the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Work closely with the broader Penske Australia team to generate and promote ongoing business.
- Experience in a similar industry or role, with a track record of delivering new business growth.
- Relationship management experience with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable.

- More than 20 sites across Australia and New Zealand.
