Area Aftersales Director

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA). As the Area Aftersales Manager for Oceania, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our aftersales business, including spare parts, accessories, warranty extensions, and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze performance across various aftersales initiatives to ensure alignment with Automobili Lamborghini's strategic objectives.
- Hold dealers accountable for executing business plans and managing overall aftersales performance.
- Analyze and implement opportunities to improve internal and external aftersales processes and efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior dealership stakeholders to address performance and compliance issues.
- Ensure dealer engagement is executed in accordance with Aftersales Operations guidelines and policies.
- Create and develop positive internal relationships across Lamborghini HQ departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A certification in Light Vehicle Mechanical.
- Extensive experience in Aftersales and/or Sales within the automotive landscape, preferably in premium or luxury brands.
- A strong understanding of aftersales business operations within retail or OEM.
- Well-developed communication techniques at varying seniority levels.
- Practical problem-solving skills with an operational focus.
- Experience in implementing projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
- Effective prioritization techniques, high attention to detail, and time management skills.
