Area Aftersales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA). As the Area Aftersales Manager for Oceania, you will be responsible for leading our aftersales activities across the region, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze aftersales performance across the region, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealership network, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our aftersales standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- Implement and manage aftersales initiatives, including warranty extension, spare parts, and merchandising.
- Provide training and development opportunities for aftersales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A certification in Light Vehicle Mechanical.
- Extensive experience in aftersales and/or sales within the automotive industry, preferably in a premium or luxury segment.
- A strong understanding of aftersales business operations within retail or OEM.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively at varying seniority levels.
- Experience in implementing projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
- A culture of continuous learning and development, with access to LinkedIn Learning and personal development opportunities.
