**How will I help?**
You'll be working within a team of Retention Specialists to help retain customers who have chosen Westpac for their home lending needs. You will use your strong operating rhythms and practices to connect with customers and track retention performance to protect our home lending business. You will also lead with a customer first mindset and drive innovation that creates a customer experience like no other within the Group.

**What do I need?**
You'll ideally have an understanding of lending and credit with a passion for helping our customers. You will also need to understand the drivers of retaining customers and building long term customer relationships. But it's not just what's on your CV that excites us. It's a natural commitment to customer service, plus an infectious enthusiasm for steering a business towards success that will really set you apart.

We work on a rotating roster 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5:30pm on Saturday.
