Job Overview

The role of Regional Business Development Manager is a pivotal position in shaping the growth trajectory of our operations.

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead business development efforts in Queensland, with a focus on key industries including Water/Wastewater, Cement, Food, Process, Oil & Gas, and Mining.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and budgets for the Queensland territory
  • Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and technical proposals
  • Meet and exceed financial targets, KPIs, and sales objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and company guidelines
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems with solid technical expertise
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proven track record in industrial sales, ideally within the targeted industries
