Our business growth strategy is to partner with high-value fitness, wellness and new vertical businesses across assigned markets and broader regions.

The successful candidate will be embedded within their markets, building strong relationships with local studios and spas, including newly opened establishments. They will be responsible for engaging directly with partners to grow the business and consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas based on new venues added to the network.

  • Develop a field-first mindset prioritizing in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings and events; selectively applying sales tactics where appropriate to accelerate pipeline momentum.
  • Identify and attend networking opportunities to build strong connections within the regional fitness and wellness community.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record of acquiring new business partners and growing revenue in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
