Job Opportunity: Regional Customer Success Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Regional Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive customer satisfaction and retention in their respective region.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring alignment with regional commercial strategies.
- Develop and implement customized plans to enhance customer experiences, increase volume/share of wallet, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services, reducing variation from preplan to actual cycle times.
- Monitor and reduce onsite truck waiting times, late loads, and ghost/dummy orders, proactively communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Review forward orders and ensure accurate setup, maintaining geofences to maximize system efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with sales teams, providing timely updates on major pours/customers, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed summaries of progress through regular reports, ensuring region-specific tasks and projects are addressed in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in allocator positions or similar environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in various software applications and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of process/task orientation.
- Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
