Job Title

A transformative EPMO Coordinator is sought to spearhead the implementation and operation of a comprehensive P3M framework.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in PMO or project delivery environments, collaborating closely with specialists to embed best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage governance registers, ensuring consistent data collection and seamless information flow.
  • Develop and maintain toolkit templates, standards, and procedures to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Design and implement SharePoint content for the EPMO Standards and Capability site.
  • Support the establishment of an EPMO Centre of Excellence, including document and content libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Provide coordination and facilitation support to EPMO team members and project teams.
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations, learning materials, and community engagement packs.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure smooth information sessions and forums.
