Support Project Delivery Specialist
Job Description:The Support Project Delivery Specialist will play a key role in the delivery of Defence capability projects. This challenging role requires strong project coordination skills and experience working in complex government environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Integrated Project Manager in managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery of capability.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing solicitation documentation including Statements of Work, Conditions of Tender, and project briefs.
- Participate in tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Contribute to risk workshops and mitigation planning to support successful project outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to support decision-making.
- Maintain progress reporting and documentation in line with Defence standards and templates.
- Experience in project support or coordination within Defence or complex government environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with Defence procurement and project management frameworks is highly desirable.
- NV2 clearance preferred; NV1 accepted with willingness to upgrade due to project requirements.
