Core Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across the country, ensuring seamless service delivery, satisfied clients, and operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive team environment that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging products, services, and best practices to maximize opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Create and oversee the national budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets and strategic priorities.
  • Develop strategies to enhance profitability without compromising service standards.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Significant experience managing teams within corporate travel, specifically events, incentives, and conferences.
  • A proven track record of business development and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong financial management expertise, including budgeting and achieving profit targets.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, inspiring and empowering teams.

This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional results.

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonus.
