Job Overview
The Administration Partner plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our participants. This involves managing relationships with referrers, scheduling, and handovers to guarantee seamless transitions between practitioners.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, therapists, and referral partners.
- Manage scheduling and handovers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Respond to participant and referrer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2–3 years' experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare or allied health setting.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
