">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Develop and curate innovative experiments and activities for undergraduate biology practical courses.

  • Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality laboratory experiences.

  • Manage laboratory resources, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment.

  • Provide administrative support for first-year biology subjects, including communication management and Learning Management System updates.

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in science, majoring in botany, ecology, genetics, zoology, or other biological sciences.

  • Have experience in a technical laboratory role and managing a team in a complex environment.

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships across diverse groups.

  • Have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex biological and technical problems efficiently.
