Biology Laboratory Instructor

This is a key position in ensuring the effective delivery of hands-on learning experiences in Biology. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire undergraduate students' curiosity and interest in the Biological Sciences through the delivery of engaging and interactive practical classes aligned with curriculum objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:- CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT: Collaborate with academic staff to design and develop new experiments and activities for biology practical courses, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- TEAM LEADERSHIP: Supervise and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality laboratory experiences and promote professional growth.
- Laboratory Operations Management: Manage laboratory resources, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to create a safe and efficient learning environment, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for first-year biology subjects, including communication management and Learning Management System updates, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
