Job Title: Project Completion Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the project completions program, ensuring all activities and documentation are properly tracked, completed, and compliant with project standards and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a completions strategy across all phases and disciplines.
  • Coordinate completions and commissioning documentation, including check sheets, test records, punch lists, and system handover packages.
  • Collaborate closely with construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams to ensure system handovers and readiness for commissioning and closeout activities.
  • Maintain and update the completions management system for real-time tracking and accurate reporting of system status.
  • Prioritize and support the closeout of punch list items in alignment with project milestones.
  • Interface with project leadership to ensure completions targets are achieved and project schedules remain on track.
  • Embed the completions strategy within project plans and processes to ensure consistency and compliance across all disciplines.
  • Collate evidence for audits and ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
