**Gaming Operations Manager Position**

Penrith Panthers is looking for a dynamic Gaming Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our busy gaming floor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

  1. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  2. Supervising staff on each shift to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the gaming floor.
  3. Overseeing daily operations, including managing cash handling, inventory control, and adherence to internal systems and programs.
  4. Conducting regular briefings with staff to allocate duties and complete daily shift reports.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 12 months experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. You must also be flexible and reliable, able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
