Job Description

We seek a seasoned Gaming Operations Manager to join our team at Harbord Diggers in Sydney.

You'll oversee gaming floor operations, ensuring customer service excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Manage gaming floor operations for efficient customer service delivery.
  • Report and record customer complaints and compliments to foster loyalty and repeat visitation.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of customer data and files.
  • Develop operational procedures for our rewards program.
  • Liaise with other departments for reservations and events.
  • Liaise with onsite technicians for minimal downtime on devices.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain member loyalty.
  • Oversee daily RCG checks and ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A current NSW RSA and RCG certification or willingness to obtain.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • A thorough understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, L&G Regulations and Gaming Machine Act.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work varying rosters including days, nights and weekends.
