Gaming Services Leadership Opportunity
Summary of Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our gaming floor, leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a shift of gaming services hosts to maintain service standards.
- Lead by example, promoting positive performance and memorable experiences for guests.
- Develop a high level of expertise in host operations and stay up-to-date on promotions and tournaments.
- Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and participate in pre-shift briefings.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Performing supervisory duties in a hosting environment.
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse guests and team members.
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
