Gaming Floor Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled gaming professional to fill the role of Lead Gaming Team Member. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our gaming floor and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards of customer service on the gaming floor at all times
- Supervising up to 20 staff members on each shift
- Overseeing daily operations of the gaming floor to ensure seamless business processes and excellent service delivery
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating daily shift reports and managing staff effectively
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
- Superior cash handling and computer skills
