About the Role

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Run the gaming floor with precision, ensuring shifts, workflows, and service delivery are seamless.
  • Manage gaming calls and support the Duty Manager in achieving operational excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations and uphold a safe working environment.
  • Support operations in the bar as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our tiered members and guests.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best.
  • Handle performance management with professionalism and care.
  • Work on a rotating roster as part of a high-performing team.

You're an experienced gaming floor professional with:

  • Solid hands-on experience in a busy gaming environment.
  • A strong understanding of gaming compliance and service standards.
