We are seeking a proactive and positive member to join our Student Support Team. This full-time position involves managing the day-to-day reception counter operations for our campus, providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders, and assisting student enquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage reception counter operations, ensuring a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
* Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to their enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Implement, monitor, and maintain efficient administrative systems to ensure compliance with The Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
* Assist with other administrative and support duties as required
**Requirements:**
* Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation or similar
* Excellent organisational skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with technology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
