As Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of the office, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and visitors while also providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers
Manage the reception desk, meeting rooms, and incoming correspondence
Answer and direct calls, take accurate messages, and handle enquiries
Coordinate client appointments and manage the office calendar
Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and data entry
Assist with office operations, including supplies and general coordination
About You:
Previous reception or office administration experience, ideally in professional services
Professional, polished presentation with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to pick up new systems quickly
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support across the office
