Job Title: Maritime Infrastructure Leader

Our organization seeks a highly experienced and motivated leader to join our Buildings Engineering & Maritime team in Brisbane. This technical leadership role focuses on building and strengthening market share, helping to develop a pipeline of work aligned with the group's business strategy.

  • Leading engagement with clients, stakeholders, and industry across a diverse range of maritime projects, including Defence, ports authorities, oil & gas, renewable energy, and international aid.
  • Project and design management to add value across the entire project lifecycle and ensure delivery of outputs to requirement, quality, program, and expectation standards.
  • Coordinating and managing project teams and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Leading and contributing to the preparation of proposals and bids for projects.
  • Contributing to the group's business development activities, including developing relationships with clients.
