Service Technician Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to perform on-site field service directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, update, operate, maintain, repair, and remove equipment to meet customer requirements.
  • Participate in projects related to Chillers and Building Management Systems (BMS) In-house product training.
  • Be a member of a small but dynamic local team focused on growth.
  • Constantly focus on high standards of quality, delivery excellence while exceeding customer service expectations.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with proactive, professional, punctual, well-presented attitude.
  • Ability to work unsupervised as part of a close-knit team.
  • Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components, particularly Chiller experience.
  • Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
  • Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Licence.
  • Current and valid Australian driver's license.
