Job Description

A skilled Building Management Systems (BMS) Service Technician is sought after to commission, service and engineer various installations in Canberra, ACT.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to the team members, installers and agents, ensuring site jobs are completed as per directions from the Service Management/Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide service, preventative maintenance and commissioning of BMCS/DDC control systems.
  • Configure, test and calibrate software, diagnose, repair and program basic tasks.
  • Ensure site jobs are completed as per directions from the Service Management/Operations team.
  • Offer high-level technical support to team members, installers and agents.
  • Coordinate field data and documents for the Operations/Service Management team.
  • Liaise with Service Group Administrators for team member administration requirements.
Requirements:
  • Existing skills and experience in Building Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
