Island Transport Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Transport Driver to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for driving with delivering exceptional guest service in one of Australia's most iconic island destinations.

Your Role: As an Island Transport Professional, you'll be the first friendly face many guests see upon arrival. You'll transport them across the island while delivering warm welcomes and helpful commentary to elevate their experience.

  • Greet and safely shuttle guests between airport, accommodation, restaurants, and island attractions.
  • Operate scheduled shuttle loop and after-hours taxi services.
  • Deliver engaging and informative island introduction commentary.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage.
  • Maintain vehicles in clean, safe, and operable condition at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum QLD MR licence and a clean driving record.
  • QLD Industry Authority – or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in bus driving.
  • Tourism, resort or tour guide experience highly regarded.
  • A passion for customer service and going the extra mile.
