We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and financial success.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to think strategically. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand financial implications, provide insights, and develop forecasts and budgets that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with teams to plan and budget processes, ensuring accurate forecasts and budgets.
  • Month-end Support: Work with the Financial Control team to ensure timely accruals and communicate key financial information.
  • Project Accounting: Monitor project costs, investigate variances, and present commercial and financial impacts to stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare relevant and timely reporting to stakeholders, providing insightful commentary to inform decision-making.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Extract, analyze, maintain, and relay data to key stakeholders, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA qualified.
  • 7+ years' experience in FP&A and/or management accounting.
  • Experience in financial business partnering and forecasting.
  • Ability to implement best practice processes in FP&A.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
