  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive strategic financial outcomes across functions.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver insightful analysis on performance, cost drivers, and investment opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain robust models to evaluate capital expenditure, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Provide commercial support for new product development, market expansion, and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of financial accountability across the business.
Requirements

A degree in Accounting or Finance is essential. CA/CPA qualification is also required. Big 4/Mid Tier experience and experience in the manufacturing/FMCG environment are highly regarded.

  • Proven capability to partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
