Lead Creative Vision

This senior role involves driving the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring ideas are both strategically sound and creatively bold.

As a seasoned creative leader, you will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, producers, and collaborators in shaping concepts through design, copywriting, and production.

Your expertise in emerging technologies, such as AI, will be essential in helping the company adopt new tools that fuel creative thinking and enhance capabilities.

You will also be expected to pitch, present, and articulate ideas with clarity and passion to clients and stakeholders, translating behavioural insights and strategy into powerful creative work that drives impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative vision across campaigns
  • Be hands-on in shaping concepts through design, copywriting, and production
  • Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team
  • Pitch, present, and articulate ideas to clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of experience in a senior creative position, with strong skills across concept development, design, copywriting, and production.

You should be an exceptional communicator and presenter, with confidence in pitching and nurturing client relationships.

A deep understanding of how creativity can shift behaviour, spark engagement, and deliver measurable impact is essential.

You should also have a collaborative spirit, curiosity, and drive to create meaningful, purposeful work.
