What you'll be doing:

  • Drive UX and UI design across a range of internal and customer-facing products
  • Collaborate with product leads, BAs, developers and enterprise clients
  • Bring consistency across navigation, visuals and interaction across the suite
  • Conduct user research, testing and iterative design improvements
  • Design functional specs and user journeys to help inform dev work
  • Lay the design foundations for future scale- no existing design guidelines or design processes

What is required to thrive:

  • A self-starter mindset- this role requires someone who can drive the UX practice, not someone looking for mentorship or guidance in this space
  • Strong experience across UX and UI design, particularly in complex product environments
  • Comfortable working with enterprise, ERP, or internal systems
  • Experience building or maturing a design function is highly regarded
  • Skilled in research, wireframing, prototyping, and stakeholder communication
  • Pragmatic, curious, and confident working through ambiguity
  • Solid understanding of product processes and business/customer priorities
