Nutrien Ag Solutions offers a unique opportunity to launch or advance your career in Livestock with our 24-month Career Development Program. Based at our Wagga Wagga branch, you'll gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock activity while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing.

  • Accelerate your learning with four leadership and skill-building workshops
  • Receive on-the-ground training and mentorship from experienced livestock employees and leaders
  • Develop effective selling and relationship building techniques

As part of our program, you'll have the chance to work in both saleyard and branch environments, being guided by our knowledgeable team members. You'll also be encouraged to take ownership of your work and contribute to the growth of our business.

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

  • Successful completion of Year 12
  • Worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock.
  • Be willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
  • Be vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills and leadership potential
  • Genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the Livestock Industry

Successful applicants will be offered a position in November to commence the role in February 2026.
