Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support & Livestock Administration professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our Livestock Sales team and contributing to the success of our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing livestock sales, attending sale days, providing exceptional customer service, and managing vendor and purchaser accounts. You will also perform various administrative tasks, including accounts payable, expenses, banking, mail distribution, and general office duties.

To excel in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and empathy. Knowledge or experience with cattle and/or sheep livestock is advantageous but not essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Knowledge or experience with cattle and/or sheep livestock is advantageous but not essential.
