Future Leaders in Livestock

Livestock industry professionals are invited to apply for a career development program designed to equip future leaders and technical experts with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Key Objectives:- This 24-month program consists of four leadership and skill-building workshops, providing participants with opportunities to develop their expertise in livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, as well as business skills such as sales and client relationship building, communication, marketing and social media, understanding finance, problem solving and negotiation.
- On-the-ground training and mentorship from experienced livestock employees and leaders
- Opportunity to work in saleyard and branch environments
- Accelerated learning opportunities
- Professional networking opportunities
- A strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry
- Excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities
- Successful completion of Year 12
- Work experience within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock
