Job Title: Mini Dustcart Operator / Driver

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mini Dustcart Operator / Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for driving around the parks of Melbourne collecting recycling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a mini dustcart to collect recycling from parks across Melbourne
  • Ensure timely completion of daily tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate collection schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the mini dustcart is in good working condition
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid MR Licence
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early morning starts and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (approx. 20kg)
