
Supply Chain Integration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the integration design and implementation between customers/hospitals online ordering system and Lifeblood's order management system. This role involves automating the creation of customer orders in the system, eliminating the requirement for manual entry, and streamlining the order management process.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the evaluation of Lifeblood's Order Management System options, provide recommendations, and lead the business case definition, start-up, and execution of the Order Management System project.
This position requires managing internal and external stakeholders, as well as the project team, to deliver on time, within budget, and to meet requirements. The role also involves ensuring system testing, documentation, and end-user training align with quality standards.
Additionally, the role will lead and support other projects within the smart supply chain program as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in implementing and integrating customer order management systems to automate order reception
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and using customer service order management systems
- Effective project management skills across supply chain and logistics systems
- Strong analytical, influencing, and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills with the ability to balance and respond to conflicting priorities from internal and external stakeholders
This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract rotating between working from home and our Melbourne Processing Centre. We offer flexible working arrangements and are open to conversations around what this means to you.
