Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Integration Lead to drive business growth through efficient and effective supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with automated technology and systems.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions to support evolving business objectives
  • Lead integration efforts to ensure seamless transactions across teams, systems, and technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals
  • Maintain high-quality solutions by monitoring and minimizing technical defects
  • Build strong relationships with the Supply Chain team and broader business
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design efficient warehouse, transportation, and supply chain solutions for proposals and ongoing operations
  • Implement and integrate decision-support systems at logistics sites
  • Provide logistical technology support to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Manage transportation of raw materials and finished goods, vendor selection, negotiations, and inventory control
  • Develop logistics plans to improve the distribution of goods and supplies
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar Supply Chain role
  • Strong Lean or Continuous improvement background
  • Exposure to systems such as WMS, ERP, and/or core platform
  • High analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment
  • Supply Chain tertiary qualifications highly desired
