Supply Chain Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the integration design and implementation between customers' online ordering systems and our order management system.

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the integration design and implementation, automating customer orders in our system and eliminating manual entry requirements for increased efficiency in the order management process.

This position involves managing the evaluation of our Order Management System options and providing recommendations. It also entails leading the business case definition, start-up, and execution of the Order Management System project.

A key aspect of this role is coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and the project team to ensure timely delivery within budget and meeting business requirements/objectives.

This includes managing system testing, documentation, and end-user training according to our quality standards.

Sometimes, support may be required for other projects within the smart supply chain program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, applicants should have tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline.

A strong track record of managing change and demonstrated experience in dealing with tight timeframes are highly valued.

  • Implementing and integrating customer order management systems
  • Implementing and using customer service order management systems
  • Project management experience across supply chain and logistics systems
  • ERP system implementation experience
  • Proven impact assessments skills including process, technology, people, and infrastructure
