  • Provide expert property services and advice to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Proactively resolve complex property-related issues to minimize site relocation risks.
  • Initiate alternative site search activities to secure replacement sites, ensuring business continuity.
  • Conduct thorough property due diligence on existing and alternative sites to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and tenure conditions with landlords, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Issue legal instructions to the property legal team to close out tenure documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to report project progress to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Assist with overall project reporting in internal systems and customer systems.
  • Work closely with external suppliers, including Planning, Design, and Specialist Consultants, to achieve desired outcomes for alternative sites.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of progress in company systems and as required.
  • Travel intra- and inter-state on a regular basis to meet with stakeholders and conduct site visits.
Skills:
  • Developed property telecommunications negotiations skills, including an understanding of how communications/telecommunications facilities operate on site.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills to resolve complex site-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools/systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, assisting others as required.
  • Takes initiative and thinks outside the square to resolve issues.
Competencies:
  • Ability to make commercial decisions or provide recommendations aligned with the business strategy and plan.
  • Effectively influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
  • Understanding of SAED for telecommunication sites.
  • Effectively prioritizes work to achieve outcomes for the team and business.
  • Takes accountability for delivering and follows through.
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential
  • Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in property telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in site acquisition, planning, leasing, and other commercial property negotiations.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
  • Ability to analyze and report on regulatory/government requirements in the industry.
