The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across our business. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create a seamless recruitment experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Reviewing CVs, conducting initial interviews, and assessing qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates and keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Conducting reference checks and facilitating background screening processes.
  • Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Excellent prioritizing skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential.
