Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your main responsibility will be to develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, grow the accounts, and collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You will also be required to accurately forecast sales opportunities, manage your revenue pipeline, and monitor sales activity within the system.

  • You must have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high computer literacy.
  • Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines including relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.
  • Prior experience in selling or managing accounts in SaaS/technology/hospitality space is an advantage.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a keen eye for opportunity and a commitment to delivering results.
