We work closely with Australian and international businesses, organisations and governmentsAbout The RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer (3-4 years PQE) to work in our corporate and commercial team, working closely with Catherine Merity.In this role you will work primarily on M&A and ECM transactions, including advising Australian and international clients on initial public offerings (IPOs), capital raisings, schemes of arrangement, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) compliance and corporate governance.Our Mergers & Acquisitions team advises Australian and international businesses on expansion, divestment and succession planning strategies.
The experience of our team spans the range of acquisitions, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.
Our partners bring a hands on, practical and commercial approach, leading our teams to ensure that transactions are implemented efficiently and effectively.This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team that does high quality work for our clients in both the private and public sectors.About YouIdeally you will have:3-4 years PQE working across M&A and ECM transactions.
