About the RoleInventory Planner

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Planner to join our logistics team.

  • Manage the procurement of inventory to meet demand, maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring a smooth supply chain.
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of inventory, addressing any issues.
  • Continuously track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and data records, supporting inventory analysis and decision-making.
  • Support the development of new processes to enhance inventory management and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analytics and data literacy, with experience in supply chain, FMCG, or medical devices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic with high attention to detail.
  • A curious and constant learner, eager to develop new skills and grow professionally.
  • A proactive team player with a decisive mindset.
