Student Support Officer - Level 2

This is a key role within the school community, focusing on providing exceptional support services to students, parents, and teachers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of student needs and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the well-being and academic success of students through high-quality support services.
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Assisting with the coordination of events, programs, and activities that promote student engagement and inclusivity.

Working Arrangements:

A minimum of 37.5 hours per week is required, with flexible arrangements considered. The roster may be negotiable, and working on weekends or after-hours may be required from time to time.
