We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative educator to lead our Wellbeing Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the Wellbeing Framework and Program at Westminster School. They will develop and maintain an engaging, research and outcomes-based program that reflects the needs of students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to developing and achieving strategic School improvement priorities
  • Ensure that wellbeing actions support the overall strategic direction of the School
  • Provide advice to relevant SLT members on student and staff wellbeing issues
  • Develop and continuously improve a wellbeing framework that describes and guides the processes by which staff and student wellbeing is fostered and supported

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading wellbeing programs and initiatives, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive school culture.
