About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Banker to join our team at Credit Union Australia. As a Business Banker, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a book of small business customers through effective leads and customer management.

You will deliver quality needs-based conversations that translate to positive member outcomes, and create a seamless customer experience, supported by your colleagues, through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial lending origination.
  • Experience in sourcing and sizing up lending opportunities and writing credit submissions.
  • Retail Home lending experience.
  • Experience in applying lending policy with prudent risk management.
  • Financial statement analysis skills – Cash flow, P&L, Balance sheet and working capital ratios and calculations.
Desirable Qualifications
  • RG 146 accreditation.
  • Cert IV in Banking.
  • Degree qualification in a business discipline.
