Real Estate Asset Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Real Estate Asset Specialist to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Property Inspections: Conduct routine property inspections to ensure maintenance and upkeep of properties, identifying any issues that require attention.
- Entry and Vacate Reports: Prepare detailed reports documenting the condition of properties before and after tenancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Administrative Support: Assist in drafting leases and provide administrative support during emergency out-of-hours phone calls.
- Qualifications: Current Real Estate Registration Certificate is essential; 12 months of experience preferred.
- Attitude and Skills: Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to processes, with exceptional thoroughness and eye for detail when executing tasks.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Realworks, Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express and ReNet is advantageous.
