RE/MAX Platinum is looking for a dynamic person to join our property management team. The successful applicant will have a positive, friendly attitude and will be a hardworking individual with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone that is Value driven and wants to work in an amazing culture with like minded people. Our mission is to provide our clients with the most professional and very best experience in all aspects of real estate and this begins with our team.

An example of Tasks & Responsibilities include:

  • Property maintenance
  • Entry & Vacate Reports
  • Routine Inspections
  • Drafting Leases
  • Responsible for Emergency Out of Hours Phone
  • Occasional Support to Leasing Manager

Skills & Experience:

  • Current Real Estate Registration Certificate is ESSENTIAL with Minimum 12 months experience preferred. I\'m not prepared to train so you MUST be experienced. If not, don\'t apply.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn & adapt to our processes
  • Experience with Realworks, Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express & ReNet preferred
  • An exceptional thoroughness and eye for detail when executing tasks
  • Respect for office procedures & checklists
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Ability to work within a team or independently
