The successful applicant will have a positive, friendly attitude and will be a hardworking individual with an eye for detail. An example of Tasks & Responsibilities include:

• Property maintenance
• Entry & Vacate Reports
• Routine Inspections
• Drafting Leases
• Responsible for Emergency Out of Hours Phone
• Occasional Support to Leasing Manager

Skills & Experience:

• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate is ESSENTIAL with Minimum 12 months experience preferred. I\'m not prepared to train so you MUST be experienced. If not, don\'t apply.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn & adapt to our processes
• Experience with Realworks, Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express & ReNet preferred
• An exceptional thoroughness and eye for detail when executing tasks
• Respect for office procedures & checklists
• Current Queensland Drivers Licence
• Ability to work within a team or independently
