Job Title: Process Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Process Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with a passion for process optimisation, plant performance, and sustainability to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the preparation of technical procedures, work instructions, and estimates around work management and asset optimisation.
  • Support projects to deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Optimise plant performance for better yield and quality, focusing on safety.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and investigating process failures.
  • Report on plant performance and product quality.
  • Manage inventory for the site.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Able to develop safety procedures and SOPs.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment processes.
  • Understanding of process drawings (P&ID, PFD, etc).
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to prioritise within a dynamic environment.
  • Solid organisational and planning skills, with high standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Process / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Candidates Must Have:

  • Degree in Process / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparation of reports on plant performance and product quality.
  • Collaboration with colleagues on projects.
