Expert Trauma Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide trauma management services to a diverse range of clients. Successful candidates will work closely with customers during critical incidents or organisational changes.
About the RoleThe primary objective of this position is to deliver Rapid Response Services utilising Psychological First Aid and stepped care intervention models. This may involve providing Employee Assistance Programmes, training and consulting services.
- Conduct workplace assessments, identify suitable intervention programmes and offer solution-focused advice
- Provide one-on-one trauma support and group sessions
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience in delivering psychosocial interventions, support and counselling
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services
- A proven ability to assess workplace issues and provide solution-focused advice
- Excellent time management and report writing skills
