Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work alongside your team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
  • Assist your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running a successful business

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience is essential for this role
  • Key Holder or junior management experience is required
  • Knowledge of watches and diamonds is highly regarded, but not necessary
