Stock Associate – Luxury Goods Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, verifying quantities, unpacking, and storing merchandise, as well as conducting regular inventory checks and investigating discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing efficiency in stock management and maintaining accurate records
  • Verifying stock quantities received against manifest documents and reporting any discrepancies
  • Unpacking, storing, and managing high-quality merchandise, including implementing smart storage solutions
  • Investigating and resolving shrinkage issues, ensuring prompt reporting and action
  • Coordinating weekly store-to-store transfer reconsolidations and managing price tags
  • Participating in stock takes, training colleagues on security awareness, and performing ad-hoc requests as needed

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury goods industry
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • A flexible attitude, with willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
